Minimum Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience
- 7-10 years experience in progressive Payroll positions, with direct reports
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
- Excellent understanding of multi-state payroll and taxes
- HCM/ECP (SAP) or ADP GlobalView experience preferred
- Demonstrated management experience in a professional, dynamic environment
- Collaborative, team-oriented leader
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks and projects
- Continuous improvement mindset
