PCC implemented Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) in January 2020. Our Workday journey is a multi-year endeavor to implement HCM, Compensation, Benefits and Performance Management to each PCC divisions. We are actively seeking a detailed-oriented HCM Analyst to join our team. This critical role will oversee the integration and reporting of Workday for the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of the Workday platform, and drive to achieve results through effective communication and work management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reporting directly to the Human Resources Management System Manager, the HCM Analyst performs the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day System support for Workday HCM, Compensation and Benefits with a focus on Reporting and Integrations.
  • Utilize Workday Report Writer to build custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
  • Understand business requirements and ensure Workday functionality is configured and tested to meet those requirements.
  • Prepare testing strategy, test scripts and conduct and oversee end user testing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and Stakeholders to define business requirements, develop custom reports and build appropriate reporting and metrics.
  • Monitor vendor interfaces, including integration points, interface processing, error identification and resolution.
  • Update, maintain and clone integrations.
  • Execute mass loading of data through Workday EIB.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • 10 travel may be required (estimated).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 years of HR information system experience, with a focus on Workday Integrations, Reporting and Dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of Workday business processes, best practices, and data management.
  • Familiarity with automated file transfers and benefit vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a highly quantitative and analytical role.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Visio and PowerPoint to efficiently analyze data, identify process gap areas and communicate recommendations.
  • Highly organized; attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to maintain a constant high level of confidentiality in working with salaries and personal information.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interact well with a diverse community.
  • Excellent customer service attitude; a team player.
  • Demonstrated success working with users to extrapolate information about their processes.
  • Ability to clearly communicate systems and/or process solutions to business partners and operational teams as part of Operational Readiness function, including creating & delivering training and updates to process documentation (i.e. UPDs, process flows, etc.).
  • Provide high level of analytical support on ad hoc projects or requests.
  • Analyze large sets of data and ensure that data integrity is maintained.

For informational purposes only, the range for annual base salary for this role is $90,500 to $102,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Executive Bonus Plan, paid out up to 15 of the applicable annual base salary, based on the Company’s performance in the prior calendar year. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
