As we expand our European operations with new flights from Brussels to Hong Kong starting in summer 2025, we are seeking a Cargo Sales and Services Executive to join our dynamic team.
Role Introduction
If you are passionate about logistics, sales, and building strong client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our growth. You will have the chance to engage with clients, drive cargo business development, and ensure the seamless handling of our cargo services to meet our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Cargo Business Plan and align with local cargo strategies to meet KPIs.
- Support Cargo Manager in achieving revenue targets, generating ancillary revenue, and negotiating favorable sales contracts.
- Drive revenue through sales channels, product sales, and offline sales development.
- Maximize flight revenue through effective capacity management
- Responsible for safe operation of services, compliance with quality standards, and risk escalation.
Requirements
Essential:
- Must have the right to work and live in Belgium.
- Strong working knowledge of airlines and international airfreight industry.
- Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills.
Desirable:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in airline cargo sales and operations.
- Knowledge of CHAMP CargoSpot System.
- Fluent in local languages is an advantage.
