Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve the certain operation according to MOP, programs, tooling list and etc. provided by technical support section. Fulfill conformation processing. Comply with process discipline
  • Achieve the efficiency requirement. Accomplish self-inspection per requirement in MOP and fill the data in given sheet tonsure the quality of production
  • Achieve related supporting work to ensure normal production and operation, based on related process.
  • Daily & Weekly maintenance of equipment according the requirement from Maintenance Team. Implement EHS rules and related requirement in process of production. Comply with company culture and integrity criterion. Comply with company regulation and requirement labor discipline. Other Task assigned by Team Leader/Supervisor/Management.

The ideal candidate:

  • The idea candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience as a painter in aviation field

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical secondary schools or above degree, majored in machinery/electric. Above two years experience in manufacturing industry. Acquired knowledge of mechanical or electrical professional.
  • Understand the engineering drawings and documents.
  • Acquired knowledge of cutting tools and quality. Ability to use standard measuring tools.
  • Understand internal relations between Workshop and Technical support, Manufacturing Quality Control, Manufacturing Plan, and other section.
  • Strong communication skills with NC programmers, Process engineers, Tooling engineer. Be familiar with CNC Machining Center/Heavy Machine first.
  • Above two years experience as tool administrator in mechanical machining

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Be familiar with tool type, assembly and metal cutting
  • Experience with Zoller tool-measuring device. Acquired knowledge of cutting tool usage, administration, and maintenance
  • Ability to understand the NC machining characteristic and engineering drawings. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Tool Data Management system. Above two years experience in mechanical machining. With qualification for operating crane and forklift. Achieved systemic training for EHS. Ability for risk identification in transportation. Above two years experience of manual work and locksmith, understand the engineering drawings and technical documents
  • Be familiar with small machine operation first
  • Above two years’ experience in turbine industry. Ability for EHS risk identification first.

Able to setup a paint booth and paint equipment and know-how to operate. Perform painting of parts independently. In depth knowledge on painting activities in a paint booth. Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or Vernier calipers. Setup, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations. Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines. Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments. Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition. Perform work as assigned and in the manner as specified ensuring that all quality and safety requirements and practices are met. Ensure that repair tools are properly maintained, utilized, and promptly returned in good condition after use. Carry out day to day preventive or predictive maintenance activity of paint booth and paint tools at the respective work area.
