JOB TITLE: Coating Touch-Up Specialist

Qualifying Questions:
Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
Summary:
Read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios.
Operate dispensing and PVA coating machines per specifications.
Mask/tape circuit boards for conformal coating or potting.
Inspect assemblies for proper coating coverage.
Perform manual touch-ups and remove excess coating.
Maintain and clean machines, replenish fluids, and ensure proper operation.
Apply potting, bonding, lubricants, and spray coatings to assemblies.
Retrieve and transport materials as needed.
Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in a similar trade.
Computer literacy required.
Strong attention to detail and spray painting skills.
Positive attitude and dependability.
Ability to read and write in English.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
