Position Responsibilities
* Looking for a Senior Staff Integrated Program Planner (mid-career level) to join our mission supporting our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business who can partner with the Program & Senior Management team to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience)
* 4-5 years of previous planning/scheduling experience
* Earned Value Management experience
* Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses
* Ability to communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
* Thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a willingness to adjust to changing priorities
* Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills Job Duties
* Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.
* Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.
* Ensures all commitments are tracked and monitored, as well as their status.
* Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response.
* Interfaces with program management, senior management, and the customer as the program planning integrator.
* Ensures vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.
* Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.
* Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. Desired Skills
* Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro
* Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft/satellite program
* Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process
* Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule
* Prior team lead experience
* Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
* Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail
* Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
* Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities
* Strong influencing and relationship management skills
