Earn $18/hr on 1st Shift — Your future starts now!
- Power Up Production: Operate cutting-edge manufacturing equipment to create top-tier pleated filters and filtration products that keep our customers coming back.
- Be a Safety Hero: Lead the charge in safety by rigorously following all procedures and wearing your protective gear. Spot hazards before they happen and help create the safest workplace possible.
- Deliver Flawless Quality: Own the quality of every product you touch — ensuring it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Handle with Care & Strength: Safely lift and move materials and finished goods using the right tools and techniques to keep the production line flowing smoothly.
- Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a spotless, orderly workspace that fuels efficiency, safety, and pride in your work environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Able to read, interpret and follow work instructions.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another as business needs warrant.
- Outstanding teamwork – must be able to work successfully and effectively with others.
- Technical Capacity required.
- Working knowledge of computers is preferred.
- Able to stand, sit and walk throughout an entire shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to use hand tools.
- Able and willing to work a modified shift as needed.
- Able and willing to work multiple shifts as needed.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
