PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Developing and updating production procedures and standards for the manufacture of aircraft modules in accordance with technical requirements and specifications• Verifying the defined times for specific procedures in the event of complaints regarding standards• Collaborating with the Quality Department, HSE, the process engineer, and production to optimize assembly processes• Ensuring proper documentation of procedures and their clear communication to production staff• Conducting analyses of work processes to streamline assembly procedures, improve production quality, and reduce costs• Adhering to quality standards and safety regulations when developing work procedures• Verifying compliance of procedures with applicable aviation standards and regulations• Training production staff on newly implemented procedures• Collaborating on solving technical issues during module assembly that require adjustments to procedures and standards

Job Requirements:

- High school or college degree in a technical field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) – also suitable for college graduates- Familiarity with technical drawings, process improvement methodologies (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), and process KPIs (efficiency, process capability, etc.)- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the creation of work procedures and instructions- Communicative level of Czech and English language- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Knowledge of standardization methodology (preferred)- Independence, communication skills, ability to work in a team and present results- Willingness to learn new things- Class B driver's license
