Our paid internships run 100 on-site from May/June through August/September, and all candidates must be actively enrolled students during the program.

Responsibilities

  • The intern will gain hands-on experience in financial compliance and procurement processes within the organization. The focus will be on understanding JSOX compliance activities and requirements, supporting ERP-based workflows, and contributing to budget management activities.
  • The GRC team is seeking an intern to support the JSOX compliance program and assist with key management activities within the Cybersecurity Department.
    • Review JSOX compliance guidelines and internal control requirements.
    • Basic auditing compliance for in-scope JSOX systems
  • The intern will gain hands-on experience in compliance, ERP systems, procurement, and budgeting. They’ll develop technical skills, financial analysis abilities, and cross-functional collaboration experience, making this internship a valuable foundation for careers in finance, operations, or compliance.
  • Enhanced compliance and financial control through accurate purchase tracking, timely budget forecasting, and streamlined procurement processes, contributing to better budget execution, cost control, and improving operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate: junior or senior year (e.g., pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field). Basic knowledge of budget management, budget forecasting, Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Must be able to commute and work on-site 5 days a week.
  • Must be currently enrolled as a fulltime student at an accredited four-year college or university
  • Experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

The hourly wage range for this position is $25- $43. The final offer amount may vary and is based on the candidates year in school. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
