Description:Lockheed Martin Space (LMS) is seeking a Classified Cybersecurity Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. This position is located at Cape Canaveral, FL and supports operations at locations around the United States. The selected candidate will conduct daily cybersecurity operations, auditing, assist in the creation of information system authorization packages, and implement cybersecurity requirements for both classified and unclassified information systems. The position requires a final Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Key Responsibilities of this role includes:
• Oversee day-to-day information system security operations including hardware and software implementations.
• Carry out technical administration of an Information System in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Upkeep, monitor, analyze, and respond to network and security events.
• Document compliance actions within the approved automated compliance tracking system or develop a plan of actions and milestones (POA&M) with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame.
• Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices outlined in the security plan.
• Operate and maintain ACAS laptops and servers utilizing Tenable Security Center and Nessus Security scanner.
• Auditing is a large part of this role’s responsibility.
Basic Qualifications:
• DoD Secret government security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT II (or higher) certification.
• Knowledge of system hardening via implementation of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Knowledge of security scanning tools such as SCAP and Tenable.
• Information System auditing experience.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated professional experience supporting Cybersecurity Engineering (CSSE) activities.
• Experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools such as Splunk.
• Proficiency in multiple platforms to include Windows, Linux/Unix, and Networking equipment.
• Proficient writing technical documentation.
• Knowledge of RMF.
• Experience with Navy Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program.
• Experience with NIST SP 800-37 Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST SP 800-53 Security and Privacy Controls requirements, and NIST 800-171 Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations .
• Experience developing, reviewing and maintaining RMF artifacts.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
