Bell-Textron Inc. is seeking a Core Profiler to support our Rotor Systems Center location at our Fort Worth/Hurst, Texas location.

Sets up and operates numerical controlled, computer numerical controlled cutting equipment used to trim and machine various fibrous materials to size. Selects proper cutters and makes setups as necessary to position and hold materials for profiling. Must be capable of setting up and coordinating controls to detail parts through the use of numerical control data and be capable of making adjustments to hold required tolerances. Checks parts against templates and blueprints. Must be able to triangulate, lay out own work for making replacements, experimental or first-run parts with or without tools.

Tools & Equipment Used:

NC and CNC core mills, drill motor, mechanic’s hand tools, all types of routing equipment, a variety of templates, indicators, and precision measuring instruments.

Experience & Other Requirements:

Three (3) years experience as a router specialist operator which includes two (2) years experience with numerical controlled systems, machining composite materials.
