  • Responsible for being a valuable resource to the frontline representatives by helping with enhancements, defects, and communicating new and updated policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison between corporate initiatives and adapt them to be consumed by the frontline team members.
  • The role is a part of the Policy and Procedures Team within Customer Experience Reservations and Contact Centers Organization.
What youll do
  • Supports our corporate initiatives to ensure Contact Center Travel Professionals receive timely information
  • Performs tasks using American Airlines applications including Sabre, Ventana ,AACoRN, Ticket Lookup System, Advocate, and ePNR
  • Provides frontline team members support through policy and procedures updates and clarifications
  • Recommends process improvements to support our frontline teams and customers
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and departments
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends to drive best practices, processes and enhancements
  • Performs additional functions to support departmental and corporate objectives as required
  • Assist with Ad-Hoc projects such as: Staff-Ops reports, update ACS Calendar, manage RES Open lines meetings and agenda minutes

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • AA: ACS, Customer Relations, and or Reservations experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects, meet all deadlines, balance the big picture with the requisite details and maintain flexibility
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, concurrent projects
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees
  • Ability to build strong consensus and achieve results though others
  • Excellent decision-making skills
