Role Introduction
Reports to: Automation Development Lead
This role is responsible for supporting the IT Operation team for workflow automation, log ingestion, auto healing, self service automation within ITSM and related tools
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development under ServiceNow ITOM module
- Design, develop, configure and customize (when necessary) ServiceNow applications and services
- Deliver new functionality across applications
- Support the entire development lifecycle
- Assists the platform administrator with incident resolution
- Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver solution
Requirements
- Degree qualifications (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ solid working experience in IT industry
- Working experience with cloud platform such as AWS, Azure and Alicloud
- Working experience with Java script, Restful API, JSON and XML
- Knowledge on monitoring and log analytic like Elastic or similar product
- Experience with ServiceNow related development is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovation mindset
- Willing to take challenge and learn new technology
- Working experience in Agile and Scrum
