You will analyse and prioritise equipment, develop industry-leading maintenance strategies, and collaborate across teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations. Your work will support continuous improvement, sustainability, and excellence across the site.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠: • Lead criticality assessments and risk evaluation for key assets to optimise maintenance approaches.• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, capturing best practices and benchspaning across the site.• Work closely with teams to coordinate planned preventative maintenance and ensure accurate SAP master data management.• Drive spares management and supplier engagement to secure cost-effective, sustainable solutions.• Facilitate root cause analyses, improvement workshops, and promote operational excellence through digitalisation and compliance initiatives.

Job Requirements:

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥• HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline• Experience in a maintenance environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Knowledge of industrial maintenance strategies and SAP CMMS systems𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞• Six Sigma qualification or related continuous improvement certification• Expertise in techniques such as FMEA, RCA, TPM, and compliance standards (e.g. EN9100)𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐬Here, we craft excellence together.
