POSITION OVERVIEW
Air Inuit is currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to support passenger services at Pierre-Elliott Trudeau Airport YUL, for flights to Northern communities.
As a Passenger Airport Service Agent, you will be part of a welcoming and dynamic team. You will help promote Air Inuit’s rich culture while providing high-quality customer service in a stimulating and people-focused work environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome passengers and provide assistance during departures and arrivals at the airport
- Manage arrival logistics
- Arrange hotel and shuttle reservations in case of operational irregularities
- Provide services and assistance to passengers with special needs
- In case of delays, keep passengers informed and communicate with ramp agents, dispatch, and crew
- Check in passengers, handle luggage, and verify cabin baggage
- Ensure safe and timely boarding
- Prepare flight documents, passenger check-in, ticketing, and manifests
- Perform any other tasks required to ensure operational efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn passenger check-in and reservation systems
- Eligible to obtain and maintain YUL airport security clearance (CIZR)
- Available and flexible to work according to a shift schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, split shifts) and according to operational needs;
- Bilingual in French and English; knowledge of Inuktitut is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French and English
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

COMPENSATION
The salary is determined according to the company’s compensation policy.
Hourly rate – $ 22.93 - $ 28.02
