Head of Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

-Lead Manufacturing Engineering activities for CNC operations to achieve SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) targets.-Drive Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.-Manage, coach, and develop the Manufacturing and Production Engineering team.-Lead process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction projects within CNC manufacturing.-Ensure compliance with company standards.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

-3 to 5 years of related experience in manufacturing environmental.-Lean tools and methodology application 2-3 experiences.-6-sigma DMAIC GB/BB/MBB certified.-Experiences in people management; performance management, coaching and knowledge and skills development-Strong analytical skills, coupled with a creative and open mind towards alternative methods.-Able to complete projects in a timely manner and document the results.-Able to plan tasks and small projects.-Having technical skills or knowledge related to Electrical parts manufacturing-Having basic knowledge of CATIA and/ or SOLID WORKS.-Experience in ISO,OHSAS, Lean Six Sigma, Quality control system (Process flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan)and QC tools with good computer skills (MS Office, Minitab, Access, etc.)-Good English communication skills to enable efficient communication with foreign customers and understand technical documentation.-Having basic knowledge of Metallurgy
