Are you an experienced Wire Harness Cable Assembler with a passion for precision and high‑quality craftsmanship? Join a growing manufacturing team where your skill in complex harness builds and knowledge of IPC‑620 / Mil‑Spec standards truly make an impact.
🔧 What You’ll DoIn this hands‑on, detail‑driven role, you’ll support the full lifecycle of cable and harness assembly, including:
- Review and verify traveler documentation (PNs, revisions, quantities)
- Inspect incoming materials for defects before use
- Perform advanced cable prep: cutting, de‑jacketing, stripping, and multi‑conductor prep
- Complete connector loading, soldering, heat‑shrink application, labeling, and potting
- Build wire harness assemblies using detailed assembly boards and drawings
- Operate stripping equipment and manual tools with high accuracy
- Sign off traveler steps as processes are completed
- Ensure all materials and assemblies are properly labeled and protected
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workspace
- Follow all manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures
- Report hazards or incidents immediately
- Support continuous improvement, training initiatives, and other duties as assigned

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
