Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled CNC Machinists / Machine Operators to support high-volume precision manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for machine setup, operation, inspection, and production support while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
This position is ideal for machinists who are confident working independently, understand precision machining processes, and thrive in a production-focused environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork matter.
What You’ll DoSet up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and machining centers
Monitor machine performance and production runs for quality and efficiency
Perform precision inspections using calibrated measuring instruments
Record production counts and operational data using DPI terminals
Complete machine setups, tooling changes, and operational adjustments independently
Troubleshoot machining and production issues as they arise
Support continuous improvement and production optimization efforts
Assist with additional manufacturing operations including:
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Work collaboratively within a team-based manufacturing environment to meet production goals
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience with lathes and/or mills
OR
Vocational/machine shop training with at least 1 year of CNC experience
Ability to independently complete machine setups
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
Experience With Precision Measurement Tools
Preferred SkillsCNC troubleshooting experience
Understanding of machining processes and workflow optimization
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively in a cellular manufacturing environment

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
