We’re hiring a CNC Machining Supervisor to lead operations in a precision aerospace machining environment. This is a hands-on leadership role—you will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, leading machinists, troubleshooting issues, and driving output in real time.

Position Overview
Lead day shift operations in a high-mix, tight-tolerance CNC environment. You will own production performance, quality, and team development, while maintaining a strong, visible presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 20–30 CNC machinists on day shift
- Maintain strong floor presence and drive daily execution
- Drive throughput, quality, and on-time delivery
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues in real time
- Coach, develop, and support leads and co-leads
- Drive KPIs: safety, quality, throughput, schedule adherence
- Utilize production data and metrics to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and procedures
Machining Environment
- 5-Axis CNC Machining
- 9-Axis Mill-Turn (Mazak Integrex)
- Horizontal Mills + Manual Machines
- Waterjet, Saw, Prep, and Deburr Operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a CNC Supervisor or Lead Machinist
- Strong hands-on CNC machining background (multi-axis, mills, lathes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot machining and production issues
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
- Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable
Preferred Qualifications
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Experience with Mazak Integrex or similar mill-turn platforms
- Background in Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement (CI)
- Experience driving KPIs and production metrics
