Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing operations environment
- U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
- Must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- GKN Experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Active DOD Secret Clearance Preferred
- Clean room experience
- Experience with coating and/or laminating process
- Good understanding of metric driven performance management
- The demonstrated ability to influence across functional lines
- Evidence of working within a site governed through a Business Management System (BMS)
- Experience working with a Lean Operating Model / Production System Lean or Six Sigma certification by a reputable certifying body or benchmark company
