Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Software Testing function across multiple SCRUM teams ensuring high quality software deliveries
• Define and enforce quality standards, testing methodologies, and automation strategies/framework across projects
• Build and manage a high-performing QA team with domain knowledge in different airline domains
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, compliant, and high-availability solutions
• Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for large-scale programs (web, mobile, and legacy systems)
• Introduce and scale test automation, regression suites, and performance testing across platforms
• Manage client QA expectations, deliverables, and SLAs in regulated environments

• Drive innovation in airline QA practices including AI/ML-based testing, synthetic data generation, and digital twin testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• ISTQB or any certification in Testing
• 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing distributed testing teams
• Proven experience in test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Katalon), performance testing (e.g., JMeter), and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based testing

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with global airlines or aviation IT vendors
