The Sr. Program/Site Manager reassigns contractors between work centers as needed to best meet the daily flight schedule requirements, ensures adequate number of qualified personnel are cross trained to launch and recover all T/M/S/ aircraft across all hours of operation as defined within the PWS, and ensures contractor personnel support good order, productivity, and cohesiveness within the squadron.
Essential Responsibilities
Capability of establishing liaison and coordinating with associated Navy activities.
Knowledge of high-performance aircraft maintenance and supply, including jet engines, airframes, installed systems, production control, maintenance data collection and Navy Technical Directive Compliance (TDC).
Familiarity with Navy procedures and directives.
Comprehensive knowledge of high-performance aircraft maintenance and supply, including jet engines, airframes, installed systems, production control, maintenance data collection, and Navy technical directive compliance.

The site manager shall be capable of establishing liaison and coordinating with associated Navy and other activities.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years extensive experience in a managerial position related to the performance and execution of U.S. Navy requirements. Within the 10 years, at least one year of management experience shall be in the technical program/project work related to U.S. Naval aircraft maintenance.
Experience in inventory control, industrial and personnel relations, including the assignment/reassignment of personnel in conjunction with fluctuating workloads.
Experience in establishing policy and procedures, training, and safety programs.
Experience in logistics support, maintenance supply, and production procurement activities.
Experience managing operating budgets and fund expenditures for supplies and/or equipment; in flight operation plans, programs, and evaluation of maintenance and supply capability to support such programs.
Experience in aircraft maintenance plans, procedures, and policies with collective experience in monitoring and directing maintenance and supply activities.
Must be able to obtain/maintain any company/government require qualifications, certifications, licensing, or clearance.
Required to obtain a Govt. issued Common Access Card (CAC).
Must have a valid driver’s license.
High School graduate or equivalent required.

Education
Master’s degree in an associated discipline is highly preferred.
