We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Management Specialist to join our team at Honeywell. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team dedicated to shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our long-term goals.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100 onsite M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

You Must Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Experience in ERP – SAP ECC / S4
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
• Strong project portfolio management skills.
