As a Sr HR Director - Strategy Transformation here at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic transformation initiatives within the HR function, driving innovative practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.
You will report directly to our Vice President of Human Resources and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a culture of agility and responsiveness to change, and enhancing the overall employee experience, which is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in the aerospace spanet.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and execution of HR transformation strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for HR innovation and process improvement.
- Drive demand planning and digital storyboard creation.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10 years of experience in HR strategy and transformation, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational design and change management principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale HR initiatives that drive cultural and operational change.
- Experience with HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Familiarity with talent management and employee engagement strategies.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic change.
