Role Summary
* In this role, you will ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards. You will lead internal audits, manage QMS documentation and SharePoint migration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support quality and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. Education & Job Requirements
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in process auditing focused on AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements in aerospace or defense.
* Must have experience performing internal audits for AS9100 compliance.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have proficiency with MS Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Must have certification or training in SharePoint Online O365 as a site administrator.
* Must have experience with nonconformance and corrective action database systems.
* Must have experience in heavily regulated industries; aerospace, space, medical, or defense experience preferred.
* Must have working knowledge and experience with auditing to AS9100:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 19011 standards.
* Must have experience with SAP Quality and purchasing modules and eTQ EQMS platform (preferred).
* Must have knowledge of internal audit methodology, corrective action processes, and problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, 5-Whys, and Pareto analysis. Job Duties/Functions
* Will perform QMS coordination, internal audit planning, and documentation review, updates, and migration to SharePoint.
* Will perform coordination and administration of QMS documentation migration from existing websites and file shares to SharePoint.
* Will perform internal audit system management and support the Corrective Action Board (CAB).
* Will perform QMS document control, including review, updates, and release of documentation.
* Will perform management of corrective action logs and follow-up to ensure timely closure.
* Will perform support, review, and audits of purchasing activities for supplier quality compliance.
* Will perform identification and analysis of internal control issues, root cause evaluation, and coordination with management on corrective actions.
* Will perform an investigation of recurring discrepancies and develop dispositions and corrective actions.
* Will perform maintenance and updates of the quality records matrix, ensuring proper archival and transfer where applicable.
* Will perform interface and communication effectively with personnel at all levels, both orally and in writing.
* Will perform initiation and follow-up of internal corrective action reports for audit programs.
* Will perform support for Material Review Board (MRB) activities as required for QMS compliance.
* Will perform defect tracking and trend evaluation to reduce the recurrence of issues.
* Will perform procedure review, cross-reference matrix development, and maintain parent-child relations within QMS documentation.
* Will perform tracking of procedure updates for approvals using Excel, SharePoint, and eQMS workflows.
* Will perform management of the site training matrix, scheduling, and delivery of required training to maintain compliance.
* Will perform execution of internal audits and reporting on trends, corrective actions, and process effectiveness.
* Will perform measurement, monitoring, and reporting of quality metrics and key performance indicators to leadership.
