Senior Human Resources Coordinator – Stockton, California
StandardAero has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join one of the largest independent aviation service businesses in the world. The Company is a global organization with ~7000 employees working out of facilities strategically located in 55 primary locations across 6 continents.
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager in Stockton, the Senior HR Coordinator will support the site from a Human Resource perspective; being involved in a broad range of HR projects and initiatives. This role will have be focused on providing HR Administration support, responding to and routing Employee inquiries across a number of facets of HR to include Benefits, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and General Employee inquiries.
Confidentiality is critical in Human Resources and the successful candidate will need to maintain confidentiality as well as maintain the security and privacy of employee information, files and employee and property records.
The Stockton site is a recent acquisition to the StandardAero family. As such, in addition to the typical Senior HR Coordinator duties, this role will be instrumental in the integration of the Stockton facility into StandardAero.
What you’ll do:
- Process Candidate Pre-Employment Screening (Drug, backgrounds)
- Complete New Hire Onboarding Processes (paperwork, processing, orientation)
- Management I-9 Process (Complete forms, Verify I-9 documentation and Maintain I-9 files)
- Assist with Benefit Enrollment
- Complete HRIS employee transactions and data entry
- Maintain employee files (paper and electronic)
- Respond to and / or route employee and management inquiries regarding HR matters
- Support HR programs and initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of HR policies and guidelines
- Support the Performance Management process
- Support employee investigations as requested
- Respond to unemployment claims
- Comply with all existing government, labor and legal reporting requirements to minimize company exposure to lawsuits and manages sensitive and confidential information
- Administer HR Policies and Compliance Programs & Reporting (EEOC, AAP, FAA DOT, I-9, etc)

Position Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School or GED required
Preferred Characteristics:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an office environment preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources preferred

Salary: $65,000-85,000 annually, based on experience
