Assists managers, supervisors, and frontline agents by performing administrative activities and function including, but not limited:

  • Scheduling,
  • Payroll/eTA , accounts payable, report preparation, wellness administration
  • Safety and OJI reporting and tracking
  • Airport and governmental reports, employee badging
  • Record retention and process implementation to ensure compliance with SAQ and other audit requirements
  • Financial planning and analysis,
  • Contract oversight
  • Event planning, and other tasks to support local station leadership and employees
  • Provides support for station frontline employees & general manager that includes answering general office questions, payroll, and scheduling issues; duties also include support for badging requirements, gathering documents for performance & wellness events, and interpretation of contract on an ad hoc basis
  • Processes & corrects documents related to exceptions in time & attendance systems to accurately reflect payroll for frontline employees
  • Creates reports such as landing fee report, daily ops report, and 30 other reports used by general managers, supervisors, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to make decisions
  • Processes accounting invoices for station expenses such as customer service vouchers (CSVs) & vendor invoices; duties also include reconciling general ledger (G/L) line items on monthly basis and providing estimated expenses to financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
  • Manages office supplies (including purchasing), plans office events, and organizes general meetings

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to analyze and report out on data
  • Strong and positive communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain composure in high volume/high pressure situations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Airline experience

The base pay range for this role is $43,890.00 to $59,840.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
