As the SAP Analyst Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization. Your expertise in analyzing and improving IT systems will have a direct impact on our operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. By identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and implementing innovative solutions, you will enable us to make data-driven decisions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our IT Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our IT infrastructure, enabling the Aerospace division to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance operational performance through robust technology solutions.

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure to support aerospace operations.
• Influence a team of IT analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery and project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that align with business goals.

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least 5 years of experience in IT management or related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP systems and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in leading IT projects and influencing teams effectively.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
