You will be the Release Lead for the F-35 Maintenance Systems (MxSys) Line of Business.
The selected candidate will join a high performing team as a release lead supporting development for the F-35 Maintenance Systems (MxSys) Line of Business. The selected candidate will be assigned to the F-35 Portfolio in support of Software release execution, and proposal management.
Your responsibilities will include:
• The Release Lead will work together with execution and technical leadership of MxS organization to manage and optimize execution of capability planning, development, integration, and deployment.
• The Release Lead will be responsible for alignment across E&T organizations, PMO and external customer stakeholders.
•The Release Lead will be responsible for managing and assisting with planning and tracking the execution of release content including dependency and risk management, escalation and tracking of impediments, resource management prioritization, and alignment of work for each release cycle.
•The Release Lead will establish and track key release level metrics in addition to EVM, regularly communicate these metrics to program/technical leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• The Release Lead will responsible for collaboration between Core/Capability teams and other Release Managers.
• The Release Lead will work with Program Management and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• The Release Lead be responsible for the execution workflow across products, and integration for technical and schedule dependencies.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
