Key Responsibilities- Support Honeywell in delivering creative solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
- Work with scientists, engineers and a larger research team to design, build, and test custom subsystems for use in research and commercial environments
- Manage an engineering team, drive team commitments and ensure team execution of customer-driven milestones and deliverables
- Establish and evaluate team goals, write performance assessments, and conduct performance reviews
- Partner with the Program Management Office to evaluate team workloads and ensure resource alignment across the engineering portfolio
- Work with the Engineering Management team to define, establish, and improve technical workflows
YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, research and development
- 5+ years of experience in technical management
WE VALUE- Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in engineering analysis, modeling, and simulation (e.g., fluid dynamics, structural and vibrational analysis, process modeling)
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Ability to drive results and meet project deadlines
