Document Writing & Review: Ability to draft and review Government documents, project plans, and test procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Multi-Project Management: Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining focus on key objectives and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools: Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Project, to support project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information in presentations, reports, and group discussions. Ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences, including clients and senior management.
