As the Program Manager you will manage the effort for operating and maintaining the fleet of aircraft, aircraft subsystems, and support equipment. The CLS Program Manager will develop and maintain systems to oversee all aircraft maintenance and personnel, materials and inspections, launch and recovery of the aircraft, supply of all Contractor owned spares and support equipment through a Contractor Owned and Maintained Parts (COMP); repair and overhaul of all repairable spares at Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair stations; maintenance and repair of all support equipment; aircraft paint; engine repair and overhaul.
QUALIFICATIONS
10 or more years of aircraft maintenance management or aircraft program or project management experience
5 or more years directly management of aircraft maintenance operations
Demonstrated experience with combinations of management ability, leadership qualities
Customer focused
Full knowledge of and be familiar with all contract deliverables and technical specifications
Ability to obtain and maintain a United States DoD Secret Security Clearance. NOTE: US Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a United States DoD Secret Security Clearance.
