Description: You will be an IAMD Mission Analysis Lead for Lockheed Martins Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing precision engagement aerospace and defense systems for the U.S. and allied militaries, and youll play a key role in leading mission analysis efforts for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As an IAMD Mission Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of analysts and engineering professionals to develop and execute cutting-edge tools and analysis techniques to evaluate Air and Missile Defense weapons and systems. Youll coordinate closely with IAMD program offices and provide subject matter expertise to support Line of Business (LoB) strategy development.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead a team of IAMD analysts and engineering professionals to develop and execute mission analysis efforts
• Coordinate with IAMD program offices to support program captures, execution, and customer engagements
• Provide IAMD subject matter expertise to support LoB strategy development and long-range objectives
• Lead mission and operations analysis, competitive assessment, and system evaluation within IAMD LoB
• Develop executive communications and briefings to highlight the mission value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage IAMD mission analysis budget, schedule, and staffing

Basic Qualifications:
• Aero, GNC or Systems Engineering background
• Experience in IAMD programs and capabilities such as Army IAMD, Missile Defense Agency, or others
• General knowledge of interceptor components, technology and fire control engagement CONOPS
• Final Secret Clearance is required to start
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
