As a Manufacturing Supervisor supporting the C-130 Forward/Aft Fuselage production, you’ll lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals to achieve operational success. What You Will Be Doing
• Supervising a team of 20+ hourly bargaining unit associates in the C-130J Forward/Aft Fuselage production.
• Implementing process improvements using lean manufacturing principles to drive enterprise excellence.
• Managing cost, schedule, and quality performance to meet business unit goals and objectives.
• Setting and prioritizing tasks to support and exceed production schedules.
• Partnering with human resources and union stewards to address and resolve employee-related matters.
• Conducting investigations and problem resolution activities as required.
• Overseeing employee training, performance, and compliance documentation.
• Participating in meetings and supporting operational objectives, including occasional extended hours.
• Ensuring adherence to company ethics, business practices, and environmental, safety, and health (ESH) standards.
• Effectively interfacing with internal and external customers to maintain operational alignment.

Basic Qualifications:
• Supervisory &/or leadership experience.
• Aircraft manufacturing &/or production experience
Desired Skills:
• 3+ years aircraft production experience.
• Experience in a union environment.
• Experience in budgeting and staffing.
• Shop Floor Manager (SFM) experience.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally, in writing, and in group settings as a member or leader.
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Comfortable with Microsoft business suite with the ability to learn additional computer systems.
• Proficient in Quality Action Document System (QADS).
• Knowledge of C-130 assembly.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
