Are you our new Manager Revenue Distribution?
You will join the Revenue Management team, responsible for maximizing ticket and ancillary revenue across Norwegian’s network. As Manager Revenue Distribution, you will ensure efficient and accurate distribution of fares, ancillaries, schedules, and service data across all internal and external systems. Your work secures that Norwegian’s e‑ticket and ticketless products are available for sale in every channel. You coordinate daily distribution processes, maintain synchronized publication of fares and flight information, and collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders to continuously improve tools, routines, and distribution standards.
The role includes a supervisory aspect without personnel responsibility, focusing on supporting, motivating, and following up with team members in their daily tasks. It involves monitoring performance and constructively challenging team members to help them grow.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensure Norwegian’s fares, products, and ancillaries—both e-ticket and ticketless—are accurately distributed and available across all sales channels.
- Coordinate timetable distribution and manage schedule changes, cancellations, and reaccommodation.
- Maintain business rules for inventory, including aircraft configurations, seat maps, wetlease/franchise data, meal codes, and SSRs.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to develop, maintain, and distribute IT/BT, Allotment products, and Corporate contract products.
- Work closely with Product department and Ground Handling to develop and distribute station products.
- Serve as superuser for key distribution and inventory systems (ATPCO, Architect/Blueprint, Amadeus, AAM, FareXpert, Altea Inventory).
- Provide second-line support to Revenue Management, Network, OCC, Stations, and Customer Center.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, sharing best practices and supporting training across the organization.
- Work closely with the Director Revenue Distribution and act as stand-in when needed, maintaining strong cooperation with all relevant departments.
You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- A university degree or equivalent relevant experience, preferably within aviation, GDS, Revenue Management, or Network Scheduling.
- Leadership experience and the ability to guide, motivate, and support a team.
- Knowledge of passenger travel data formats, messaging standards, and distribution processes, with experience in Passenger Service Systems as an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and take action.
- The ability to prioritize effectively, remain decisive under pressure, and handle stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (Norwegian and familiarity with the Norwegian tech stack are advantages).
- Good technical skills, including solid Excel competence and interest in revenue management and the airline industry.
