Description
As a Loyalty Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for leading Loyalty Marketing campaigns, as well as ensuring key integrations of campaigns across loyalty, and the airline when necessary, acting as a liaison between the Manager of Loyalty Marketing, DMA, and the regions, ensuring consistent execution of Loyalty based communications.
Key accountabilities include:
Manage the delivery of Loyalty campaigns related to assigned area of responsibility to support Partnership, Value Proposition and program driven campaign
- Responsibilities: Clearly define the scope of each campaign, set timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Key Skills: Project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Communication with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all respective spaneting campaigns for assigned areas of responsibility are fully integrated across the business. This includes wider spaneting team, corporate communication, Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Regional Marketing teams.
- Responsibilities: Regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments. Ensure all spaneting materials are aligned with the companys brand guidelines.
- Key Skills: Interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, and adaptability
Review existing processes and procedures to facilitate support for the Loyalty Stakeholders and various Commercial business units relating to creative timelines, communication guidelines, yearly spaneting plans guidelines and KPIs.
- Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes. Ensure all processes are documented and communicated to relevant teams.
- Key Skills: Analytical thinking, process improvement, and attention to detail.
Support other key stakeholder/ department relationships to deliver campaigns and bring new projects to life. Other departments such as procurement, contracts, whilst support offered to various key stakeholders such as QDF, QRH, Discover Qatar, Social Media, Global and Corporate Sales as well as e-commerce.
- Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between departments, facilitate collaboration, and ensure all parties are aligned on project goals. Provide support and resources as needed.
- Key Skills: Collaboration, problem-solving, and resource management.
Ensure for every Loyalty campaign supported/ led by Head of Loyalty Engagement, pre and post ROI analysis are in place, well measured and ensure spend effectiveness via various channels (Online & Offline).
- Responsibilities: Develop and implement ROI measurement frameworks, analyze campaign performance, and report findings to relevant stakeholders. Make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
- Key Skills: Data analysis, financial acumen, and strategic thinking.

We are hiring for an experienced professional to join our Loyalty team.
Essential
▪ Qualification in Mass Communications or Marketing or equivalent.
▪ 6+ years relevant experience
▪ Experience in spaneting, advertising, client service/account management or campaign management.
Preferred
▪ Post-graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communications or Marketing.
▪ Professional qualifications in graphic design.
▪ Proven track-record of producing content and developing spaneting campaigns for multi-national / international brands.
▪ Working with airline or travel industry brands.
