About the Role:

The Line Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our production lines. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate&39;s degree in a related field or equivalent technical certification.
• Previous supervisory experience in a maintenance or technical role.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on the production line.
