Industrialization Team Leader

Job Description:

3.1Lead Industrialization team to perform all activities of Industrialization to meet projects and company objectives and targets3.2Knowledge of APQP and Deployment of APQP in Safran Cabin Lamphun3.3Take part to the project/program milestones and lead manufacturing activities for new products (from preliminary design release to the end of the first customer delivery) and combine all the necessary information during the development of a new product3.4Validate the feasibility of a 2D / 3D design from a manufacturing perspective during product development phase and design change phase3.5Participate to the prototype reviews and provide a technical feedback regarding the mass production feasibility 3.6Prepare and coordinate with all relevant team to build First Article Inspection unit of every new product, product change/update then support until ramp up is completed 3.7Coordinate and review design of tooling, equipment and jigs with Manufacturing Engineer and estimate production capacity for the new product and product change implementation 3.8Support sustaining engineers during transition period between development and mass production phases3.9Prepare and review quotation packages (RFQ) with Project Engineer and Project Management team before providing proposal to Customer Service team and/or Management team3.10Prepare and maintain product structure, cost structure per updated product configuration3.11Prepare and maintain manufacturing routings for cost calculation of new product and product change for Program Manager and/or management team and/or Sales team to review.3.12Review, setup and maintain data in ERP system e.g. Item Master, BOM, operation routing, standard time3.13Coordinate and review the manufacturing documentation associated to new products (PFMEA, WI, Control Plan, Process Flow, SPC (if required) and etc.) 3.14Review and approve Engineering Change Request and drawing to ensure the manufacturability of the product. 3.15Report progress and performances of industrialization deliverables to Project Management team and Program Manager3.16Lead and manage activities during implementation phase (after the design is handed over) by coordinating with Project Management team for new product development and product change to ensure on time to customer with the right quality level and complete the necessary documentation3.17Lead on the transfer of work project (ToW) on manufacturability aspect to ensure that the project can be implement at receiver and provide the status report to Project Manager 3.18Control industrialization budget for product development defined by the Project Management Team and/or Program Manager

Job Requirements:

4.1Bachelor degree in industrial field (industrial engineering or any related field) or experience larger than 5 years in industrial field,4.2Advanced technical skills regarding the following manufacturing processes: assembly processes, chemical treatment and surface treatment,...4.3Good technical skills to support drawing and 3D model reviews 4.4Intermediate Excel skills4.5Team player able to work in a multi-departments environment,4.6Strength of conviction with advanced written and verbal communication skills4.7Proactive spirit and respect of the other team members.4.8Having good English communication skills or an international experience is an advantage
