Anexcellent career opportunity is currently available for a Human ResourcesDirector in our UOP business located in Rosemont, IL. In this excitingopportunity in a high growth environment, you will utilize your extensiveexperience in Human Resources management to significantly impact and supportglobal business leaders who are driving growth, innovation and employeedevelopment.
Youwill partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services andactively develop/lead HR strategy, organizational development, talentmanagement, inclusion and diversity and effective AOP census management for a$1.2B line of the UOP business. You will build upon your HR functionalexpertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles withbusiness objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffingstrategies to promote talent and growth.

Salary Range: $158,000 - $198,000

YOU MUST HAVE
• 7+years progressive professional Human Resources experience
• 5+years experience in Human Resources leadership/management roles within aglobal organization
•Strong data analytic skills
•Demonstrated ability to take data and business observations and create/delivereffective HR strategies
•Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
•Demonstrated ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment
•Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to driveresults in a highly matrixed organization.
•Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly leadershipdevelopment and coaching.
