As a Digital Merchandise and Revenue Management Executive you will be part of the dynamic and ever evolving TUI Merchandising & Revenue Management team reporting directly to the E-Commerce Manager. You will be responsible for successfully implementing promotional campaigns on the digital channels, mainly focusing on the official TUI App, optimising and curating the digital display to maximise visual appeal and enhance the customer experience as well as coordinating the different work streams across multiple teams within the TUI Musement brand and the wider Group brands and across multiple source spanets.
You will furthermore be responsible for the creation & modification of the promo codes used on both digital and non-digital channels as well as responding to any queries raised either by the promo codes requestors or by the contact center in a timely and effectively manner.
You will coordinate the creation and maintenance of the UTM parameters across the different websites to ensure that those are implemented in line with our guidelines across all source spanets and brands, so to ensure maximum accuracy for the web data channel segmentation.
Finally you will be supporting both the Ecommerce Manager and the Project & Marketing Insights Manager in maintaining a variety of dashboards across multiple systems.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Responsible for coordinating the digital merchandise activities for the TUI official App campaigns as well as Web facilitating the efforts of the different stakeholders within the TUI MM organisation and the wider Group
- Support the E-commerce Manager in all his endeavours to achieve the yearly financial target for Apps and Webs
- Responsible for the management of the promo codes across all channels as well any required support post creation
- Ensure the correct implementation of UTM parameters by the source spanets
- Responsible for maintaining various dashboards for the Sales and Marketing Team
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent communication and coordinating skills
- Using of e-commerce platforms and content management system would be advantageous
- Computer literate and technically capable to work within a new digital environment
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, plus other languages would be advantageous
- A talented team player to liaise with a working environment with different cultures teams and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for digital design and aesthetics
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in similar role would be advantageous
