Composite Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description:

Minimum 7-10 years of aerospace manufacturing experience with a focus on composite structures.
At least 3-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a production environment.
In-depth knowledge of composite materials, fabrication methods, and assembly processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Proficiency with manufacturing software and tools (e.g., MES, ERP systems, CAD).
