Purpose of Position
The Change Management, Lead for Finance ERP Implementation will support the Finance department in adopting a new ERP system. Working closely with the Change Management Manager, IT, Finance, and other departments, the Lead will help define and execute the change management strategy, engage stakeholders, and conduct readiness assessments. The role involves creating communication plans, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring smooth adoption of new system processes. This position requires a strong foundation in change management and the ability to support both tactical and strategic aspects of the ERP transformation. The CM Lead will play a key role in driving successful ERP adoption within the Finance department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
oDevelop and execute change management strategies, plans, and solutions for Finance ERP implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to financial processes.
oConduct impact assessments to identify challenges and resistance, focusing on the Finance perspective.
oCollaborate with Finance leaders and stakeholders to align on change objectives and engage key influencers.
oManage stakeholder alignment, address concerns, and leverage influencing skills to maintain support.
oDevelop and deliver clear and concise communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and presentations to update the Finance team on ERP-related changes.
oDesign training programs and materials to ensure proper preparation for system adoption.
oMonitor ERP implementation progress, track adoption rates, identify risks and resistance, and collaborate with leadership to develop effective mitigation strategies.
oMaintain change management processes, ensuring consistency and driving continuous improvement throughout the project.
oDevelop reusable processes and templates to enhance future Finance change initiatives and overall OCM capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)
oDirect experience with SAP S/4Hana Finance implementation is required.
o4 - 5 years of relevant experience in change management, preferably within a Finance or ERP environment.
oProsci Change Management Certification and/or ACMP Change Management Certification preferred
o2 - 3 years experience with End-to-End Finance ERP lifecycle implementation, including initial planning, design, data migration, system integration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
oProven experience supporting change management activities related to ERP or large-scale system implementations.
oUnderstanding of Finance processes and how ERP systems impact those processes.
oAbility to collaborate across departments and work effectively with Finance leaders to implement change initiatives.
oStrong communication skills, including creating training materials, conducting workshops, and delivering executive-level presentations.
oStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
oAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate challenges during system transitions.
