Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth for Ibyta by identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing and expanding client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a keyrole in spanet development, agent onboarding, and ensuring effective coordination between clients, operations, and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
1 - Business Development & Sales Execution
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales initiatives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
• Present Ibyta’s products and services clearly and professionally to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company policies and approval guidelines.
2 - Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long term partnerships.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in coordination with internal teams.
3 - Agent Support & System Training
• Assist agents with the registration and onboarding process.
• Provide system training and ongoing support to agents to ensure effective usage of the platform.
4 - Sales Coordination & Follow-ups
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Follow up on quotations and proposals prepared by the Operations team.
5 - Market Awareness & Reporting
• Monitor spanet trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and regularly review system-generated sales reports.
• Provide timely and accurate sales updates and reports to management.
6 - Control & Collections
• Ensure timely collection of payments from credit agents in coordination with Finance.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up to minimize delays.
7 - Operational Excellence:
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales documentation, reporting, and system updates.
• Adhere to internal sales processes, compliance standards, and approval workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer engagement efficiency

Education:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or any related discipline.
Experience:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Prior experience in the travel industry is mandatory.
• Experience working with online booking systems.
• Strong command of English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
