Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, our Performance Marketing Manager - Affiliates and Aggregators will lead a team that plans, manages, and optimises a channel with a massive impact on the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own the Affiliate Strategy: Develop and execute the affiliate spaneting strategy to drive revenue growth, achieve business goals, and expand the channels reach through new partnerships and technologies, focused on both the short- and long-term health of the channel.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with internal teams (Revenue, Product, Data Science, Web Analytics etc.) and key external partners (Awin, Skyscanner, TripAdvisor etc.) to ensure seamless campaign integration and maximise program performance.
- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Affiliate and Aggregator Specialists, overseeing their daily workload and fostering collaboration.
- Analyse, Optimise, and Report on Performance: Continuously track key metrics, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns, inform strategic decisions, and drive revenue and ROI.
- Optimise Processes: Continuously identify and improve operational workflows, tools, and technologies for maximum efficiency and scalability.
What you’ll have:
- Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in affiliate management, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing, developing, and motivating high-performing teams is highly desirable.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships with key players in the travel and affiliate landscape.
