The Manager-on-Duty is responsible for directing supervisory staff, overseeing staffing needs, and managing discipline and corrective actions for team members. They ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback and act as a bridge between first-level supervisors and upper management.
The Manager-on-Duty monitors employee performance to meet standards in customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations. They maintain operations in line with corporate security and TSA regulations.
They ensure compliance with all audit processes and implement the site-specific security plan. All WFS staff must receive and display their company ID badge. The Manager-on-Duty enforces practices fairly, treating all employees, customers, vendors, and others with respect.
