Job Description
Perform structural repairs and airframe modifications on customer-owned aircraft with precision and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft with limited supervision.
- Effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
- Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts
Essential Skills
- Airframe license and three years of heavy structures experience on corporate jets.
- Proficiency in repair station, MRO, aircraft modification, airframe, and sheet metal.
- Structural modifications
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form.
- Corporate aircraft experience is preferred

Work Environment
Work in a service center department located in Wichita, KS. The environment is non-climate controlled.
Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 3:12 PM to 11:42 PM.
Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, and tennis shoes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $42.00/hr.
