Description
- Conduct preliminary, in-process, and final inspections of the aircraft refinishing and maintenance process to ensure compliance with FAA and customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company and customer technical data and requirements, ensuring all inspections adhere to approved processes.
- Maintain and complete work packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mentor and train team members on quality standards and inspection processes and customer requirements.
- Play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our Repair Station Certificate.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A&P Certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and customer maintenance programs quality standards.
- Proficiency with quality inspection techniques, precision measurement tools and technical data & drawings.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Availability for Day shift and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Pay
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
