You will return aircraft to service in accordance with approved manuals and regulations, support multiple maintenance disciplines, communicate aircraft status to customers, and work independently in dynamic environments while maintaining strict safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Education & Job Requirements
* You must have:
* Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
* A minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance work experience or substantiated equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 1 year of Bombardier aircraft model experience.
* Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain insurable status.
* Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
* Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
* Ability to own and maintain a basic set of hand tools with demonstrated inventory control.
* Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to work overnight shifts when required.
* Ability to work outdoors in seasonal and inclement weather.
* Ability to be available for considerable travel with as little as 2 hours’ notice, including extended assignments of up to 30 days.
* Ability to communicate effectively and accurately in written and verbal form with customers at all levels.
* Ability to work unsupervised and independently. Preferred Skills
* You will have:
* Experience with aircraft return-to-service and inspection procedures.
* Delegated Inspector (DI) qualification or ability to perform DI functions as qualified by quality assurance. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able to:
* Adhere to general work requirements for factory, shop, and hangar environments.
* Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
* Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
* Perform and document maintenance work in accordance with approved manuals and regulatory requirements.
* Assist with avionics, structures, composites, and other maintenance disciplines as required.
* Perform mechanical and electrical removals and installations.
* Return aircraft to service following maintenance performed at off-site locations.
* Audit assigned location and service vehicle monthly.
* Perform delegated inspector functions when qualified by quality assurance.
