KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Proficiency in GD&T (ASME Y 14.5)
• Functional usage of surface plate and mechanical/optical inspection equipment to perform 3D inspection.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO9000 environments (NADCAP a plus)
• Maintain Certifications as required to perform duties.
• Analyze test data, making computations as necessary, to determine test results.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
• Four (4) years Quality experience preferred, minimum of four (4) years working with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements (Government and/or Commercial).
• This position requires a minimum of a High School diploma/GED
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (1 or more):
• Familiarity with programmable inspection equipment such a Zeiss CMM (Calypso), Vision Inspection equipment, and FARO/Roamer Arm technology
• Familiar with CNC or other common manufacturing techniques.
• Finishing Inspection of CARC paint system, MIL-DTL-5541chemical conversion, Anodizing and plating.
• Certified AWS welding inspector
• Composite Material Inspection
