Maintenance and facility technician (2 persons)

Job Description:

3.1Maintenance and facility technician is responsible for basic and routine facilities maintenance, machine maintenance, machine breakdown, construction and repair task according to service, quality and safety standard.3.2Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management system.3.3Responsible for Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance3.4Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol 3.5Being maintenance and facility technician role include projects, painting, drywall, carpentry, installation of fixtures, and moving furniture or materials within the facility3.6Utilizes a work order system to log activities as required. Work with or assist contractors to complete projects or complex repairs3.7Perform other maintenance duties as requested 3.7.1 Do maintenance works assigned by Head of Maintenance and Facility.3.7.2 Follow maintenance schedules as outlined3.7.3 Working around 3 shifts and follow the shift planning;(Day Shift;Afternoon shift;Night shift and Holiday shift) 3.7.4 Periodical check for maintenance work3.7.5 Support data/information to Head of Maintenance and Facility and Manager to perform the rootcause analysis for breakdowns with corrective and/or preventive actions.3.7.6 Support Head of Maintenance and Facility to improve/replace unreliable machines.3.7.7 Subcontractor working : Support information, supervise during job performing, 3.8providing support in the various maintenance, which include troubleshooting for machine/equipment, routine lubrication of machine/equipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop3.9Working in day shift or on times or in the week-ends if because of production reasons this is required.3.10Attending training courses if required to perform duties according to company standard.3.11Notify Facilities Manager if job is finished to perform inspection and close the WO.3.12maintaining a clean, organized, and safety of maintenance shop, maintaining a clean and safe environment3.13Other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Job Requirements:

High vocational in Mechanical or related fields.4.2Work experience in field of mechanical, electrical, civil or related field4.3Technical knowledges4.4 Able to read and understand blueprints and schematics4.5 Able to use tools such as power tools, measurinng tools and hand tools4.6 Practical experiance in the use of plumbing and electrical systems 4.7Reponsiblity and reliability person.4.8Able to use MS excel and MS word.4.9Fare skill in English both speaking and writing. 5.0Working in shift and Holiday
